As a CACI SOF Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in protecting national security by empowering Special Operations Forces (SOF) against the threat of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). Required: Current TS/SCI Minimum two years’ experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant Command, Theater Special Operations Command, the Joint Special Operations Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF), CYBERCOM, or other equivalent joint formation. Minimum five years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, Course of Action (COA) development and Concepts of Operations (CONOP) approval briefings, targeting methodologies, CONOP documents and FRAGOs. The ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of CWMD policy and operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS. Experience collaborating with, and building communities of interest, in the national security enterprise. Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities together to achieve military effects. You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include SharePoint and OneNote. You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
