Join a mission-critical communications & networking team supporting a global Command & Control system for the U.S. Missile Defense mission. You'll design, integrate, and sustain secure, high-availability networks at operational sites around the world. (U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required).

Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, and test network upgrades for CONUS/OCONUS sites
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, and firewall issues across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
- Analyze network traffic and multicast performance; optimize BGP/OSPF routing
- Create/maintain Visio diagrams, implementation plans, and stakeholder briefings
- Travel ≈ 25 % to field locations (e.g., Space Force bases, Alaska, Guam, Europe) for installs and site support
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EE, CIS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience (5+ yrs)
- Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance
- IAT Level II 8570 certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP)
- 5+ years network design, integration, and testing experience
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, OSI model, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, GRE tunnels, UDP multicast, SONET/MSPP, optical transport
Preferred qualifications
- Top Secret clearance
- Hands-on TACLANE, WAN optimizers, and optical transport gear
- Experience in DoD network accreditation and cyber compliance (RMF/STIGs)
- Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint; expert-level Visio diagramming
