The hourly range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Support Technician in Telecommunications.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide first-level support to end users for telecommunications and related IT issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to voice, data, and video communication systems.
- Document, track, and monitor issues using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, system configurations, and user interactions.
- Collaborate with network and systems teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of telecom systems.
- Provide support for VoIP systems, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and other communication platforms.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience and with providing telecom support.
- Clearance: Public Trust
- Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization
