About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Security Support Program Manager (SSPM) to lead a high-impact security support services contract in a mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for an experienced security professional with deep expertise in DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) programs who thrives on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities:
As the SSPM, you will oversee all contractor security functions, ensuring full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), federal regulations, and agency-specific objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Function Oversight: Manage and ensure compliance across a range of security support functions: CSO and ASCO duties Registry and inventory management IT support for security systems and databases Personnel Security (PERSEC) Classification Management Officer (CMO) support Facility Security Planning and Physical Security Administration Security education and training Program Security Assistant support Security documentation and policy development Counterintelligence (CI) analysis Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and contract performance Certified Security Fundamentals Professional (SFPC) or equivalent Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
As the SSPM, you will oversee all contractor security functions, ensuring full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), federal regulations, and agency-specific objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Leadership: Serve as the contract lead for all security support services, ensuring successful delivery of mission requirements.
- Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute security-related projects, including team staffing, performance tracking, and schedule adherence.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain readiness and ensure compliance certifications for all contractor security personnel.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert-level guidance on:
- ICD 705 secure facility design, construction, and accreditation
- DoD and IC security policies and standards
- Physical security operations (access control, IDS, emergency response, etc.)
- Classification management, including document reviews and declassification procedures
- Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related challenges and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, National Security, Intelligence Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in security program management within DoD and/or IC environments
- Expert knowledge of:
- ICD 705 implementation and compliance
- SCI/SAP physical security protocols
- Classification Management standards
- DoD security guidance (e.g., DoDM 5205.07 series, SEADs, NISPOM)
- PMP certification
- CDSE or DAU training in Classification Management, Physical Security, or Facility Security Officer (FSO) functions
- Experience as a CSO supporting government or contractor programs
- In-depth understanding of the secure construction lifecycle and SCIF accreditation
