ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to support our contract under Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) out of Quantico, VA. This effort is in support of Program
Manager Combat Support Systems (PM CSS), in research and development, acquisition, and
sustainment of cutting-edge Advanced Manufacturing technologies.
The purpose of this program is to support PM CSS in conducting systems engineering reviews, development, test, and integration, to provide enhanced Advanced Manufacturing capabilities to the operating forces.

The purpose of this program is to support PM CSS in conducting systems engineering reviews, development, test, and integration, to provide enhanced Advanced Manufacturing capabilities to the operating forces.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Systems Engineering support to MCSC and relevant joint/naval stakeholders to
facilitate the delivery of Advanced Manufacturing Systems. - Develop and maintain engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans,
Technical Review Action Plans, and Interface Control Documents. - Analyze technical problems; develop courses of action and present recommendations to
leadership on solutions. - Support the execution of System Engineering Technical Reviews through documentation
preparation, review of criteria, preparation and presentation of briefing material. - Support the Engineering Change Proposal process by reviewing proposals, advising the
Program Office on their technical merit. - Support the Test & Evaluation process to verify required performance.
- Analyze AdvMfg requirements and concepts to guide product development and
configuration management.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of related experience in systems engineering and test planning (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.)
- At least 2 years of experience with Additive Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering to create existing products, and the creation of new products.
- At least 2 years of experience with requirements definition, systems integration and testing, and change proposals for technical merit.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Acquisitions
- Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation, and good communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Familiar with SharePoint postings, downloading, team-building environment
Security Clearance Required:
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- This job largely operates in a professional office environment.
