Codescratch is looking for a solid DevOps Engineer to join our small, but growing and highly motivated team. You will keep our infrastructure running smoothly, automate deployments, and make sure our services stay reliable and scale when needed. We need someone who really knows Linux, has worked with Big Data setups, and is comfortable using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Python, and especially AWS.

This role is about improving our processes and getting great software out the door, quickly and efficiently. We're looking for a team player who's creative, proactive, loves a good challenge, likes wearing multiple hats and is committed to delivering. Basically, we're all about making sure our customers are super happy. We want to do more than just give them what they expect; we want to blow them away with our products, services, and how we interact with them.

*Expect to be in the office 1-2 days a week for team collaboration, but otherwise, it's a flexible hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be handling everything from designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS to making sure it runs smoothly day-to-day. This involves monitoring the system, fixing issues quickly and figuring out how to avoid them in the future.
Setting up automated deployment pipelines to keep things reliable and scalable.
Managing both production and non-production environments, keeping them secure and performing at their best.
Expect to work closely with developers to get their apps up and running.
Need to stay up-to-date on all things cloud and recommend ways to optimize our setup.
