Junior DevOps Engineer
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid - up to 2 days telework per week)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience)
Security Clearance: TS/SCI Polygraph

What You'll Do:
- Assist in deploying and maintaining software across legacy and modern systems.
- Support the migration of software to secure cloud environments.
- Help research, design, and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Monitor and improve infrastructure performance, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Work closely with developers, security engineers, and platform administrators to streamline operations and deployments.
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Docker Compose, and Helm.
- Working knowledge of Git, GitLab, GitLab Runners, Rancher, and Linux CLI tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with docker microservice architectures.
- Exposure to AWS tools including CloudFormation, EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, and DynamoDB.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related IT disciplines.
Work Environment:
- Onsite in Columbia, MD with flexible telework up to 2 days per week.
