Functional Consultant (Cleared Position)

Unison, a leading provider of COTS-based procurement and grants management solutions for the federal government, is seeking a functional tester/configuration manager. This will be hands-on, customer-facing role that operates as part of a team. Location: Columbia, MD
Salary Range: $110,000 to $160,000
Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required

Responsibilities
- Conduct the configuration management process, including baseline change ticket management, configuration control board execution, and functional configuration updates
- Coordinate baseline change documentation reviews
- Develop training and instructional materials to supplement baseline change deployments
- Conduct test events with Government stakeholders and facilitate approval of enhancements
- Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
- Conduct configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process
- Complete and maintain configuration
- Develop test scripts
- Conduct internal testing, data seeding, and test preparation for Government Acceptance Test events
- Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
- Provide functional support for deployment activities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events desired
- Minimum of 2 years in procurement software desired
- Experience in configuration management desired
- Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents desired
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience briefing, to include executive meetings, organization, and multiple stakeholder groups
