Join a fast‑growing aerospace & defense program team supporting complex space and defense hardware. You will own configuration and data management (C&DM) activities across multiple projects to ensure disciplined control of engineering information and contract data deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Configuration Control Boards; coordinate drawing reviews and final sign‑off
- Establish, control, and maintain configuration baselines in Agile PLM and SharePoint
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage full change‑control lifecycle
- Track, forecast, and deliver all SDRL/CDRL data items on schedule
- Interface with internal engineering, program management, customers, and suppliers to reconcile data records
- Prepare letters of transmittal and package data deliveries per contract requirements
- Coach program staff on C&DM processes and database tool usage
- Uphold a predictable on‑site work schedule and foster a positive team environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent technical experience
- 2 + years of professional experience in configuration or data management
- U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance (with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI)
- Working knowledge of CDM principles, ECO workflows, and engineering documentation standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and at least one PLM/document‑control system (e.g., Agile PLM, Windchill, Teamcenter)
Preferred qualifications
- Hands‑on experience releasing hardware drawings for aerospace or defense projects
- Familiarity with contract data requirements (SDRL/CDRL) and government data deliverable portals
- Strong meeting‑facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to train or mentor cross‑functional teams on configuration‑control best practices
