Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: 1500 Tyson's McLean Dr, McLean, VA 22102
Status: Full-Time
Clearance Level: TS/SCI with CI Poly
Education: Bachelor's degree + 3 years of HR experience OR 5 years HR experience without a degree
Salary: $65,000

Required Skills
You'll support HR operations within a government customer's environment. Your work spans recruiting, onboarding, policy interpretation, internal systems, and employee development programs, focusing on responsiveness, accuracy, and HR process improvement.
- Update HR web content, manage tickets, and coordinate with IT
- Post jobs, screen applicants, track packages, and report recruiting metrics
- Manage Enter-on-Duty (EOD) classes from scheduling through data entry
- Draft and coordinate MOAs with external partners
- Deliver HR briefings, troubleshoot policy issues, and resolve data discrepancies
- Track and maintain HR metrics and job posting libraries
- Manage and improve Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Support internal training programs: scheduling, materials, evaluations
- Contribute to career development and interagency human capital initiatives
- 3-5 years experience in operational/transactional HR work
- Strong writing and communication - able to clearly explain complex HR policies across all staff levels
- Analytical mindset - able to evaluate data, spot discrepancies, and improve processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiar with IC, ODNI, or federal HR environments
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience with internal metrics, recruiting platforms, and policy research
- Attention to data integrity - across recruiting systems, reporting tools, and HRIS platforms
