Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Colorado Springs // Huntsville AL
Required Clearance: Secret
Job Description: The Project Engineer will have the responsibility to work with SE Leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee the cross Agile Release Train and Cross Functional Product Team efforts associated with SE contract proposals and Mods.
In this role the selected candidate will support the planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, ECPs and other customer engineering estimate requests.
This individual will support development of SE IMS objective evidence, the collection of IMS status accounting, and will support cross spiral de-confliction, cross Functional Area coordination, and schedule/resource issue resolution.
Knowledge of the following:
- Planning, Scheduling, Project Management and EVMS
- Systems Engineering and Architecture
- Experienced in developing and managing project teams and schedules
- Experience in Development Lifecycle and knowledge of spiral development processes
- Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross Functional Area efforts associated with both the Sustainment and Development lifecycle management
- Experience with project planning, cost, schedule & performance
- Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
