Summary:

The Field Service Representative is ultimately responsible and exercise his/her judgement to ensure all the tasks are delivered and performed as required.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Inspection of CBRN equipment and the ability to assess equipment damage and identify obsolescence issues as well as the be capable of walking users through user level repair processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise of MRDS (AN/PDR-81) equipment at fielding events.
  • Identify systemic problem trends and/or recurring equipment quality issues and provides feedback to field units.
  • Recommend actions to resolve logistics management and operational problems with the goal of optimizing and improving current processes and systems.
  • Be capable of performing sustainment support of the equipment sets and shall be present at each trip.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Shall possess either a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the use of CBRN equipment that detects and identifies CBRN materials as well as the logistics and maintenance of CBRN equipment.
  • Must possess a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

Pay and Benefits

The Salary Range for this position is $65,000 - $89,000 annually.
