Network Admin - Alaka'ina Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments. Manage Cisco routers, switches, TACLANE encryptors, VoIP/VoSIP systems, and associated network equipment. Provide tiered support for network outages, connectivity issues, performance degradation, and security incidents. Administer network management and security tools including SolarWinds, Splunk, Puppet, Cisco ISE, and TACACS. Perform vulnerability management, software patching, STIG compliance, IAVA remediation, and cybersecurity maintenance. Support change management, system upgrades, inspections (CCRIs, IG), and compliance activities. Maintain Windows and Linux server environments, network printers, VTC systems, mobile devices, and communications equipment. Respond to customer tickets and service requests while meeting SLA requirements. Maintain technical documentation and provide operational support for enterprise communications systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of network engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education/certifications/experience). Active DoD 8140-compliant certification (IAM/IAT level appropriate). Cisco CCNA certification. Experience with Cisco networking, network security, troubleshooting, enterprise communications, and DoD cybersecurity compliance. Familiarity with Windows Server, RHEL, VoIP, vulnerability remediation, and DISA STIG implementation. Mahalo, Colby
