We are seeking an Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) Analyst to support the United States Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the MTBP program in areas including, but not limited to: onboarding new Location Program Managers (LPMs); working with LPMs to resolve participant issues; planning, establishing, and conducting town halls and training sessions for LPMs and participants; generating reports using Excel and Power Platform tools; and managing the day-to-day activities of assigned MTBP locations. This position also requires at least one year of experience working with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), including using GFEBS to support financial management, reporting, and analysis activities related to MTBP operations.
