SPA has an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support the Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio. The Program Manager will report to the Portfolio Lead and work with client Program Managers and Team/Operations Leads to manage acquisition programs and special projects. Must have expereince working with an Army Control Catalog. Key responsibilities include supporting Government leadership in defining and analyzing systems in response to emerging threats and technologies; monitoring program scope, schedule, and budget; applying acquisition expertise (e.g., JCIDS, DoD 5000) to improve policies and procedures; conducting cost, schedule, performance, variance, and risk analyses; ensuring high-quality, compliant documentation; and using quantitative methods to assess acquisition issues and develop risk mitigation strategies. Travel is required to support trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements.
