SPA is seeking a TIEL Deputy Director to support the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office at the Tactical Innovation and Experimentation Lab (TIEL), focused on Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense. This role assists the TIEL Director in providing technical leadership to over 100 users, maintaining DCSA accreditation, managing daily lab operations, driving future growth, and coordinating with security, system administration, and IFMC Agile Product Teams. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, at least 15 years of experience (including 10 in Department of Defense engineering and leadership), demonstrated expertise in classified lab technical solutions, be U.S. citizens with an active or obtainable Secret clearance, and have experience working in classified environments with government, prime contractors, and support staff.
