This is a high-visibility, Contract-to-Hire role (40 hours/week) supporting a critical mission that requires a unique blend of LoadRunner expertise and modern AWS/Azure cloud monitoring. The Mission: You won’t just be running scripts; you will be the architect of scalability. You will lead performance efforts to identify system bottlenecks and establish baselines across a complex ecosystem. This role is pivotal in integrating performance results between Mainframe systems and web-based cloud applications, ensuring mission-critical tools stay online and optimized. Your Technical Impact: Lead with LoadRunner: Design, execute, and analyze complex performance tests to ensure application scalability. Analyze & Forecast: Develop performance models and capacity planning frameworks to predict future system needs. Cloud & Mainframe Integration: Conduct testing within AWS/Azure environments while ensuring seamless data flow with Mainframe backends. Real-Time Monitoring: Utilize AppDynamics and Splunk to monitor system health and provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders. Strategic Planning: Create workload forecasts based on historical trend analysis and non-functional requirements (SLAs/KPIs). Who You Are: Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust.
