Cleared Project Managers
I'm supporting a high-visibility Category Management PM role embedded inside the Pentagon, partnering directly with senior Air Force leadership on one of the most strategic modernization efforts in the DoD.
If you’re a senior Program/Project Manager who loves solving complex problems, influencing top-level decisions, and driving meaningful mission impact, this is the type of role that only comes around every few years.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently own the intersection of:
✨ Category Management & Spend Strategy
– Developing & executing Category Charters
– Identifying efficiencies, cost savings, and supplier insights
– Delivering enterprise-wide spend visibility
📊 DoD/DAF Data Analytics (Advana)
– Using enterprise data platforms (Advana, BLADE, AFBIT, Power BI, etc.)
– Turning contract/financial data into actionable insights
– Supporting senior leaders with dashboards, analysis, and forecasting
🏛 Pentagon-Level Leadership & Presence
– Briefing SES, GO/FO, and senior Air Staff
– Leading a blended junior/SME analytics team
– Operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
🔐 Requirements:
✔ 10+ years leading Federal/DoD programs
✔ Active SECRET (Interim OK)
✔ PMP or DAWIA II/III
✔ Experience with spend strategy or strategic sourcing
✔ Full-time onsite at the Pentagon
