This role supports the development, integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment of advanced C5ISR, EW, robotics, sensor, and tactical systems supporting SOF missions worldwide. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in military systems integration, rapid prototyping, and modernization efforts within Special Operations environments. Must be a U.S. Citizen 🔒 Active Secret Clearance Required What You’ll Work On: ▪️ C5ISR, EW, communications, and power systems integration ▪️ UAS, UGV, autonomous robotics, and ISR platforms ▪️ Engineering analysis, testing, and field evaluations ▪️ System interoperability across air, ground, maritime, and soldier-borne platforms ▪️ Technical requirements, acquisition support, and source selection activities ▪️ Collaboration with USSOCOM, PEOs, industry partners, and SOF operators Required Qualifications: ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering ✔️ 5+ years of engineering experience supporting defense, SOF, C5ISR, EW, robotics, aerospace, or related systems ✔️ Experience with ruggedized tactical systems and military testing/evaluation ✔️ Strong understanding of electrical design, systems integration, and technical documentation Preferred: ⭐ USSOCOM / SOF experience ⭐ UAS, EW, radios, sensors, or autonomous systems experience ⭐ Knowledge of JCIDS, SOFCIDS, RDT&E, and rapid prototyping ⭐ Experience with MATLAB, SPICE, AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar tools If you’re interested in supporting cutting-edge SOF modernization efforts, we’d love to connect.
