The ideal candidate is a recognized professional with hands-on expertise and an excellent understanding of design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure. This person will provide a strong functional background in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, firewalls, DNS, VLANs, IP addressing (static and dynamic), and VPN solutions along with supporting networking in on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including AWS and Azure. This position requires an Active DoD secret clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. This position is onsite in Doral, FL USSOUTHCOM.

This role supports a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) function aligned to Combatant Command operations and is fully disconnected from the SIE and DoDIN. This position is intended for a well-rounded IT professional with solid hands-on experience across systems, networking, and cloud-enabled environments—capable of operating independently day-to-day while knowing when to escalate. This is not a senior architect role and not entry-level.
