We are seeking a mid-level Field Service Support Engineer to support the Segmented Enterprise Mission Environment (SEME) in a government-provided commercial cloud environment. This role supports a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) function aligned to Combatant Command operations and is fully disconnected from the SIE and DoDIN. This position is intended for a well-rounded IT professional with solid hands-on experience across systems, networking, and cloud-enabled environments—capable of operating independently day-to-day while knowing when to escalate. This is not a senior architect role and not entry-level. Responsibilities & Essential Duties Field & Mission Support Serve as a technical expert providing mission-oriented support to SOF users Act as a primary point of contact for SEME field service support Provide technical input, coordination, and information sharing across supported teams Systems, Network & Application Support Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 SEME administrative support Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues Perform root cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting Collaborate with internal engineering teams or vendors for resolution as required Environment Sustainment & Security Support sustainment of SEME architecture, tools, and configurations Assist with configuration management, access control, and user provisioning Support ATO and NSA artifacts and compliance activities Grant and manage role-based access for TSOCs and supported components REQUIRED SKILLS! MUST HAVE! Active TS/SCI Security+ SOF TMN experience (special operations forces) (Tactical Mission Network) SEME (Segmented Mission Environment) VPN experience.
