ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support DEVCOM‑CBC and the Transformation Decision Analysis Center (TDAC) at White Sands Missile Range, NM. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional with strong RMF expertise and an active Secret clearance. In this position, you’ll lead RMF and cybersecurity compliance efforts across unclassified, classified, and standalone systems—directly supporting the TDAC G6 Cybersecurity Branch. Key Impact Areas • Maintain ATOs and manage full RMF lifecycle activities • Develop and update system artifacts (TTPs, policies, diagrams, PPS, MOUs/MOAs, etc.) in eMASS • Conduct STIG reviews, ACAS/Nessus scans, and vulnerability management • Manage POA&Ms, CONMON activities, and authorization documentation • Support incident response for classified spill/NDC events • Track IAVAs and ensure compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations What You’ll Bring • 5+ years RMF/eMASS authorization experience • Strong understanding of DoD/Army cybersecurity policy (AR 25‑2, DoD 8140, RMF) • Experience with AD account management and STIG processes • DoDI 8140.03‑aligned qualification (Security+, CASP+, CCSP, SSCP, etc.) • Active Secret clearance (interim acceptable) or higher Preferred credentials include CISSP, prior Army/DEVCOM cybersecurity support, PKI token issuance experience, or software/hardware assurance work.
