ASRC Federal is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), an Alaska Native corporation owned by over 14,000 Iñupiaq shareholders. For more than two decades, ASRC Federal has supported our Nation’s most critical missions through federal government contracts – from space exploration to military base operations to public health.

ASRC Federal operates a family of businesses whose earnings help secure an enduring future for ASRC’s Indigenous American shareholders. Today, a significant percentage of ASRC’s shareholders still call Alaska home, where generations of Iñupiat have raised their families. The work of our 9,000 dedicated employees helps provide annual shareholder dividends and essential shareholder community development initiatives, including community improvements, scholarships, and workforce development.
