Cleared Contracts Specialist needed in Goleta CA. Multiple Openings! As a Principal Contracts Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to support dynamic contracts with numerous internal and external customers as a critical partner with the Program and Proposal Management Offices (PMO). The contracts range from small trade studies to Development programs.  This position will be supporting both classified and unclassified contracts. What You Will Do Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal. Own Contract management/administration actions on proposal and contracts across the acquisition life cycle. Develop and  respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) / Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), contract negotiation, contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and other business agreements. Work with contract types; Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Fixed Price - Level of Effort (FFP-LOE), and Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).  Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and contractual issues. Be a team player working with your assigned Program Teams in support of the Raytheon mission.  Effectively multitask; learn; and demonstrate good communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of internal and external customers. Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices. Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking, gathering detailed information, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Provide advice/guidance on contractual rights/obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes. Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.
