Extended Threat Shield (SETS) Program Training Lead to join the System Integration and Test Capabilities (SI&TC) directorate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced training professional to lead training strategy, multimedia development, training execution, resource management, and sustainment planning for a critical defense program. What You’ll Do • Lead training and multimedia development, training conduct, resource management, and sustainment strategies. • Provide guidance and tasking to Instructional Designers (ISDs), instructors, and engineers. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop comprehensive, engaging, and effective training materials. • Apply SME expertise to the development, review, and delivery of training. • Drive performance against cost and schedule targets. • Partner with the SETS Program Office and customers. • Provide input on staffing needs, program outlooks, risks, opportunities, and leadership requirements. • Support RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) processes, metrics, and execution. • Conduct end-user training for SETS customers. • Travel approximately 30% domestically.
