Raytheon’s Surface Radars & Sensors (SR&S) Center in Huntsville, AL is hiring Systems Engineers across multiple levels (P2, P3 & P4) to support advanced Digital Radar test and analysis activities. In these roles, engineers will support Flight Test and Ground Test activities involving radar performance analysis, verification and validation, system integration, modeling & simulation, and sensor performance assessment across HWIL, SIL, and field environments. Responsibilities include supporting radar test planning and execution, analyzing radar and mission data, evaluating algorithm and software performance, troubleshooting anomalies, generating technical reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and government stakeholders.
