Raytheon is seeking a Senior RF Product Design Engineer to join our Effector RF Design Team onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This engineer will develop innovative packaging solutions for antennas, RF circuit card assemblies, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses, and interconnects. We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in: • Mechanical design and packaging of RF or electromechanical products • 3D CAD, ideally Creo • Technical Data Packages and GD&T • Product development throughout the engineering lifecycle • Leading or providing technical direction to multidisciplinary teams The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance before starting.
