Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization is seeking a Deputy Systems Verification Lead to join the System Integration & Test Long Range Radars team in Woburn, MA. This opportunity is ideal for a Principal Systems Engineer with strong experience in systems integration and verification who is ready to support advanced X-Band Radar programs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Systems Verification Lead to support requirements verification, scope planning, milestone development, scheduling, and the management of competing priorities, while also contributing to customer presentations and program execution. You will play a key role in scenario development, testing, analysis, and collaboration across systems engineering, software, and program teams to resolve complex technical challenges and drive performance. Additional responsibilities include strengthening data analysis efforts, supporting continuous improvement across people, processes, and tools, coordinating across organizational functions to remove roadblocks, and ensuring successful completion of team objectives. Candidates should have a STEM degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, along with a background in system integration, verification, and technical leadership, and familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, or Unix, as well as DOORS or similar requirements management tools. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices, participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning, strong stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience with radar systems, X-Band analysis tools, root cause analysis, and test execution.
