Arete is hiring a Senior Industrial Security Officer to support Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs and maintain strong security compliance across multiple classified environments. This role is based on-site in Falls Church, VA. We’re looking for an experienced security professional who can provide expert support across personnel, physical/industrial, and operations security within a SCIF environment. In this role, you’ll partner with our FSO, CSSOs, internal stakeholders, and government customers to ensure compliant, efficient, and proactive security operations. Key areas of responsibility include managing program security requirements, administering clearance and SCI processing, interpreting and applying policy (32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, SEADs), safeguarding SCI/SAP/collateral information, conducting briefings, maintaining security records, executing awareness and CI programs, supporting SCIF/ICD 705 activities, and preparing documentation such as SOPs, OPSEC plans, and incident reports.
