This role embeds directly with analysts and operators to deliver hands-on technical support, training, and mission enablement. Job Responsibilities: • Serve as an FSR Analyst, embedded with mission teams • Work side-by-side with analysts to train, mentor, and support users • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new operational use cases • Solve unique, complex, and time-sensitive problems • Embed with high-impact units to understand operational and technical needs • Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise • Provide desk-side, classroom, and operational training • Staff and support Help Desk operations • Respond to user requests and coordinate with engineering teams • Provide direct feedback to engineering on product performance • Build initial dashboard products and assist users with queries • Answer technical and operational questions from senior leaders • Proactively develop strong customer relationships and identify capability gaps Qualifications: • 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience • 3+ years fusing intelligence capabilities in operational environments • Experience with Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven, or Foundry • Hands-on cyber experience • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java • Experience with hardware, networks, and server administration • Prior experience training analysts in classroom or field settings • Strong Excel skills • CYBERCOM experience preferred • Military or Special Operations background is a plus If you or someone in your network is interested and meets the clearance requirement, please message me directly for additional details
