Position: Social Worker / Behavioral Health Provider Location: Eloy, AZ Duration: Full-time Clearance: Public Trust Clearance Relocation: Provided, if required Job Description We are seeking a licensed independent clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with a wide range of behavioral health needs, including serious mental illness and substance use disorders. The position requires strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health evaluations and provide individual/group psychotherapy. Offer crisis intervention, behavioral analysis, and substance use education. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care for individuals post-inpatient treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide behavioral health consultation to medical staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA and privacy regulations. Develop and deliver training on mental health topics such as suicide prevention and crisis response. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE accredited). Minimum 1 year of independent practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent. Current unrestricted license to practice clinical social work in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Experience Experience in implementing mental health treatment programs or working in residential or correctional healthcare settings. Skills & Abilities Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills. Ability to work in multicultural environments and proficiency with EHR systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking abilities.
