Telecom Engineer | TS/SCI | Quantico, VA | FBI Mission Support Information Protection Solutions (IPS) is hiring a Telecom Engineer to support a high-impact FBI mission at Quantico, VA. If you live in the world of mobile lifecycle, MDM platforms, and secure credentialing, this role was built for you. What you'll do: Provision, activate, configure, and decommission mobile phones, SIMs, eSIMs, Cradlepoints, and accessories. Administer MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and AirWatch. Coordinate MiFi services and work directly with telecom providers to resolve service issues. Provide Tier 2 support for IDSecure software (installation, troubleshooting, credential resets, system updates). Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture changes, integration with VOIP and deployable communications kits, and the road to satellite-based capabilities. Maintain mobile asset inventory and ensure all solutions stay compliant with FBI security protocols including encryption, MFA, and secure data handling. What you bring: Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance 3+ years supporting enterprise mobile environments Hands-on experience with telecom service providers, mobile hardware/software, and MDM platforms Experience with IDSecure or comparable secure identity/authentication software Working knowledge of endpoint management, SIM provisioning, and cellular network technologies Strong documentation and end-user training skills Nice to have: CompTIA Mobility+ or equivalent certification Familiarity with RF theory and deployable communications environments Federal law enforcement or IC mission experience Why IPS: We're an SDVOSB.
