Vantor is hiring an Associate Proposal Manager to support high-impact federal pursuits, including enterprise and $100M+ opportunities across DoD and the IC. In this role, you’ll partner with Capture Managers, technical SMEs, and senior leadership to develop compliant, compelling proposals across all volumes (technical, management, cost, past performance). You’ll help drive strategy from pre-RFP through submission, own schedules and compliance, lead kickoffs and color reviews, and shape winning solutions. What we’re looking for: Active U.S. Secret clearance (required) 3–5 years of federal proposal experience (large/enterprise pursuits preferred) Experience contributing across proposal volumes Strong grasp of proposal processes (schedules, compliance matrices, storyboards, color reviews) Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills Comfortable working with senior leadership in fast-paced environments Nice to have: Shipley/APMP training Experience with large federal contractors or IDIQ/GWAC/BPA proposals Background in technical domains (cyber, cloud, GEOINT, etc.) Location: Herndon, VA (onsite 3x/week)
