What You’ll Do: • Support continuity planning, MEFs, BPAs, BIAs, and risk assessments • Assist with emergency response plans, disaster recovery strategies, and documentation • Coordinate with leadership and departments on continuity efforts • Help plan and execute exercises, drills, and After Action Reports (AARs) • Support Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activities and incident response What We’re Looking For: • Active Interim Secret clearance (ability to obtain Secret required) • 3–5 years of experience in continuity planning or emergency management • Knowledge of FEMA NIMS, ICS, and federal continuity frameworks • Strong organizational and writing skills • Experience with exercises, risk assessments, and documentation Nice to Have: • CBCP, ABCP, or CEM certifications • FEMA Professional Development Series / ICS training • EOC experience If interested, contact me for details.
