What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience (5+ years supporting Federal contracts) • Strong background managing contract financials, budgets, cost/schedule performance, and government contract types (FFP, T&M, CP) • Experience supporting shipyard, military facility, construction, or electronics installation projects • Ability to lead teams, mentor junior PMs, and serve as the primary customer interface • Knowledge of quality assurance/control, resource planning, and project execution • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook • U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Preferred: • Active Secret Clearance • PMP Certification • Degree preferred but not required Location: Hybrid – Must live within commuting distance of Suffolk, VA Travel: Approximately 25% If interested, contact me for details.
