Now Hiring: Technical Logistics Analyst/Technical Screener Location: Dahlgren, VA (On-Site) Clearance: Active DoD Interim Secret or higher required Akima Mission Optimization (AMO), an Akima company is seeking a Technical Logistics Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren. This role will support procurement, inventory management, material screening, cataloging, and logistics operations while serving as a key liaison between technical departments, procurement teams, and government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Research, analyze and catalog materials supporting procurement and warehouse operations • Review technical specifications, part numbers, NSNs, and sourcing options • Utilize Federal logistics databases including WebFLIS, Haystack, FedMall, DLA, GSA Advantage, and Navy ERP • Screen and evaluate Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) requirements • Create and validate material records, stock numbers, and cataloging data • Support inventory readiness, reporting metrics, and logistics process improvements • Provide training and guidance to customers on property screening and material management processes Required Qualifications: • Active DoD Interim Secret Clearance or higher • Associate's Degree OR 3+ years of supply/inventory experience • Experience conducting research across multiple logistics databases • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: • Navy ERP experience • FLIS, Haystack, NLL, FedMall, GSA, and One Touch experience • Experience creating and validating Unique Material Master (UMM) records If interested, contact me for details.
