Lynch Consultants is seeking a motivated Project Management/PMO Specialist to support in managing a large-scale Commercially available Off the Shelf (COTS) implementation for a Federal Agency. Work Location and Schedule: This is a full-time role located on-site in Arlington, VA. Salary: Up to $63,000 Required Qualifications- MUST HAVE: MUST be a U.S. Citizen MUST have a BA/BS degree MUST have at least 3 years of work experience  MUST be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance  MUST be located in the D.C. Metropolitan/DMV area Key Responsibilities: Capture and distribute meeting minutes for internal and client meetings. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and maintain action items. Organize and retain project artifacts on SharePoint or other collaboration platforms. Prioritize deliverable development and maintenance. Create and update key project deliverables, including Monthly Project Summaries, Risk Registers, Project Management Plans (PMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Refine Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and maintain alignment with scope and timelines. Provide Process and Change Management Support. Develop process maps, feature roadmaps, and assist with change management activities. Support training initiatives by coordinating logistics and tracking progress. Provide quality and compliance support. Assist in tracking compliance-related tasks and deliverables. Help ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards. Utilizing Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint). ​ Preferred: Some knowledge and understanding of lending, government loan programs, real estate, and appraisal processes. Finance Background PMP or CAPM certification Prior experience supporting federal agencies in IT or COTS implementations.
