Lynch Consultants are seeking a subject matter expert to serve as a Portfolio Senior Analyst specializing in the Defense Travel System (DTS). Must have previous experience working with the DTS to be eligible. Location: Onsite in Ft. Belvoir - Fairfax/Woodbridge, VA area. Clearance level: DoD Secret Functional Responsibilities: 1. DTS Administration: Perform administrator functions at the agency level, including implementing and managing day-to-day activities of the Defense Travel System during system operations . 2. User Support & Training: Assist travelers with authorizations, vouchers, and inquiries. Develop training plans and conduct annual training for DTS authorizing officials . 3. Account Management: Assist with registration, create user accounts, maintain routing lists, create/manage lines of accounting, and create/modify groups as needed . 4. Process Improvement: Conduct reviews and analysis to recommend changes to policies and procedures for internal process improvements . 5. Data Management: Coordinate the development of traveler profiles, organizational data, reporting, budgetary, and document flow procedures within DTS . Skills Desired: 1. Microsoft Office: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and Visio for preparing documents, listings, tables, briefings, and worksheets . 2. Communication: Ability to facilitate training and provide clear guidance to travelers and leadership regarding travel policies and system usage .
