Program Support Specialist (Secret Clearance Required) 📍 North Charleston, SC (Onsite) Looking for an organized, detail-driven early-career professional ready to grow in a federal program environment? Join us as a Program Support Specialist supporting a Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) task order. No cybersecurity background required—we’ll train you. In this role, you’ll help keep the program running smoothly by managing compliance records, equipment tracking, and day-to-day coordination support for the Program Manager. What you’ll do: Track compliance documentation, training completion, and audit materials in a GRC platform Maintain SharePoint sites, records, and version control for key program documents Build simple dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI Track and manage IT equipment inventory and device lifecycle updates Coordinate laptop requests, onboarding logistics, and access setup Support meetings, action tracking, scheduling, and program communications Partner with vendors for device support and issue resolution What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant admin/program support experience Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong organization and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay detail-focused Familiarity with Power BI a plus Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one (U.S. Citizenship required) If you enjoy structure, organization, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is a great entry point into federal program operations.
