Cleared Data Scientists
SteerBridge Strategies, a CVE-Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Data Scientist to support the U.S. Marine Corps C-130 global supply chain modernization effort in Vienna, VA.
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building and maintaining predictive models to enhance operational readiness and mission success. The ideal candidate has experience with Python or R, SQL/Spark SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship (Required)
Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
MSc/PhD in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
3+ years of experience with statistical modeling and machine learning (regression, clustering, time series)
Experience with data wrangling, visualization, and integration across multiple sources
Preferred:
Background in DoD or VA programs, supply chain data systems (ERP, TMS, WMS)
AWS or Google Cloud certification
Top Secret clearance
Compensation: (commensurate with experience)
Location: Vienna, VA (On-site, Full-Time)
