Insight Global is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to provide architectural oversight and hands-on technical leadership for a large-scale enterprise IT implementation. This individual will be responsible for defining the overall system architecture and integration framework, providing technical guidance to implementation teams, making critical technology decisions, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and the technical solution.
Must Haves:
15+ years of Enterprise IT architecture experience
8+ years leading technical implementation teams
Experience with both cloud and on-premises architectures
Strong experience designing enterprise solution architectures and integration frameworks
Experience analyzing complex technical problems and evaluating potential solutions
Experience working with large-scale IT projects in a lead or senior architecture capacity
Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams
Plusses:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
Experience with telephony billing/provisioning systems or similarly complex COTS deployments
Experience integrating COTS products with other enterprise applications and services
Knowledge of APIs, data exchange protocols, messaging systems, and integration approaches
Experience designing solutions involving multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
