Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale IT/COTS implementation. This individual will be responsible for the overall management and successful execution of the program, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. The Program Manager will oversee staffing, provide regular program updates, manage risks and dependencies, and serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the customer.
Must Haves:
8+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, preferably supporting IT or software/hardware deployment programs
Experience managing COTS deployment projects
Experience with budget planning, cost estimation, and financial management
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
Understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and/or hardware systems relevant to deployed solutions
Plusses:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred
PMP certification
Experience with SLAs, OLAs, and change management processes
Experience managing COTS integrations and vendor dependencies
Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, HR practices, and organizational change management
