Required Skills
US Citizen.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required to apply; must be able to pass a CounterIntelligence (CI) polygraph following customer indoctrination.
High School Diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelors / Masters degree in a related field of study or a combination of military (10+ years), experience, training or certifications.
Proven track record supporting Intelligence Community missions in operational environments.
Senior-level proficiency in Python:
For data science, automation, and analytics pipeline development.
With demonstrated experience in designing mission ready solutions.
Experience:
Querying and integrating web APIs through Python to retrieve, normalize, and operationalize data.
Developing interactive data visualizations using Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh, or comparable tools.
Building dashboards and analytic interfaces using Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Using Git-based version control platforms such as GitLab or GitHub.
Architecting solutions for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Conducting multi-INT research and analysis to support operational requirements.
Hands-on experience with COTS platforms (Tableau, MATLAB, MapLarge) and GOTS capabilities for advanced statistical analysis.
Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
Proficiency with:
Geospatial processing frameworks such as GDAL or ArcPy.
GIS desktop software such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS.
Ability to:
Write clear, concise technical documentation related to software systems and automated workflows.
Operate independently at a senior level with limited oversight.
Identify capability gaps and architect innovative technical solutions.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor data scientists.
Familiarity with:
USSOCOM and broader U.S. military organizational structures.
Common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories.
Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and querying complex databases.
Deep understanding of intelligence analysis workflows and how data science enables mission success.
Exceptional communication skills—translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Independent operator comfortable working in ambiguous, fast paced environments.

Geospatial programming expertise: Python with GeoPandas/ArcPy, ArcObjects, GIScience techniques.
