Pay: $40-45/hr
Contract duration: 18 months
Interviews: 1 round virtual (15-30 minutes)
Must Have Requirements:
• 2 years of A&P Experience
• Experience working on 737 aircraft
• Equipped and shadowed toolbox
• Technically proficient
Insight Global is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic that will perform hands-on maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement on Boeing 737 aircraft.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and applicable FAA requirements.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear, damage, defects, or maintenance concerns and complete the necessary corrective work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and aircraft system issues using approved diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform maintenance on Boeing 737 aircraft and associated components.
• Read and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, technical orders, schematics, engineering documentation, and work instructions.
• Accurately document completed maintenance activities in the appropriate logs and records.
• Perform flightline operations, aircraft inspections, and repairs, which may include working in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
• Maintain accountability for tools, materials, and equipment throughout assigned work.
• Follow all safety, quality, regulatory, and foreign-object-damage prevention requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and other members of the aircraft maintenance team.
