Job Description
Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated experience coordinating between design, engineering, and product stakeholders. 2. Demonstrated experience managing and performing quality assurance for technical documentation, including usage guidelines, API documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and user support materials. 3. Demonstrated experience driving adoption initiatives across product teams. 4. Demonstrated experience managing design system or component library projects. 5. Demonstrated experience with project management responsibilities, waterfall and agile, including leading software development teams. 6. Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology. 7. Demonstrated experience proposing recommendations, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, and increasing quality and speed of delivery. 8. Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs, to assist in decision-making regarding future development. 9. Demonstrated experience managing user support processes, including triage, escalation workflows, and knowledge base development. 10. Demonstrated experience developing and briefing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge bases, pre- and post-deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
