Job Description
Job Title: F15 Mission Planning SME
Location: Eglin AFB, FL (5 days onsite)
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Direct Hire/Full Time
Top Requirements
High school diploma/GED minimum
F-15 mission planning experience.
General aviation or fighter aircraft experience without F-15 mission planning expertise is not sufficient.
The systems are highly complex and require candidates who have worked directly with them.
• 5+ years of F-15 aircrew experience.
• Minimum 1,000 F-15 flight hours.
• Experience with Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) 2020 or later.
• Strong understanding of F-15 mission planning equipment and operational workflows.
• Experience integrating mission planning databases, networks, and classified systems.
• Knowledge of advanced fighter tactics and weapons concepts.
• Ability to update Link 16 Network Design Loads (NDLs) from OPSTASKLINK.
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-paced mission environments.
