Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Provide system administration support across geographically distributed Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Maintain complex server enclaves, perform operating system and application hardening, and execute patch management.
• Support Active Directory and PKI implementations while leveraging automation tools including Salt, Python, VMware, and KVM.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 5+ years
• Total Compensation: $188k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Administer, sustain, and optimize Linux and Windows-based servers, workstations, and applications in multi-domain, air-gapped environments.
• Configure and maintain complex server enclaves, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, scanning report analysis, and certificate renewals.
• Execute operating system and application hardening adhering to DISA standards and security best practices.
• Manage hardware and software deployments, system backups, and disaster recovery restoration procedures.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, group policies, and PKI security implementations.
• Utilize Salt and Python scripting to automate operational workflows and system configuration management.
• Support and maintain server virtualization platforms using VMware and KVM technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-centric issues, developing long-term remediation solutions.
• Document server and network configurations to ensure rapid and accurate incident resolution.
