Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead software development teams and technical planning efforts using Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Develop system roadmaps, analyze and prioritize requirements, and oversee project delivery schedules.
• Manage risk mitigation, technical governance, and cross-team coordination for application verification, validation, and deployments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 2+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Directly lead technical development teams and serve as a key technical liaison for complex application development.
• Support the creation and refinement of epics, features, and roadmaps for existing and modern software systems.
• Collaborate with product managers to capture, validate, and manage technical requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project governance plans, schedules, team milestones, and success criteria.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while guiding implementation timelines using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and release deployment activities across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
