Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead software development teams and technical planning using Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Develop application roadmaps, capture and validate requirements, and manage project schedules.
• Mitigate technical risks and coordinate verification, validation, and deployment activities.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 0+ years
• Total Compensation: $197k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Directly lead software development teams and serve as a key technical liaison for application development.
• Support the creation of epics, features, and product roadmaps while advising on prioritization.
• Manage project schedules, define milestones, and establish project governance plans.
• Perform proactive risk identification and mitigation based on tailored Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate technical planning, verification, validation, and deployments across development teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and drive iterative feedback mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
