LEAD Endeavors is seeking proactive full-time Cryptologic Training Course Developers for an upcoming program at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, Corry Station, Florida and Fort Meade, Maryland who are searching for increased job satisfaction and career advancement opportunities with a small but dynamic company.

Qualifications/Abilities You Bring:
• Possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance;
• experience in developing course materials;
• experience in synthesizing texts and materials from multiple sources;
• have conducted research and leveraged classified and unclassified domain-specific resources for relevant, authentic content; and
• have provided formal instruction in one or more of the following disciplines:
• Electronic Intelligence;
• Signals Analysis;
• Cryptologic Language Analysis (Arabic-Modern Standard, Chinese, Korean, Persian-Farsi,
Russian, and Spanish);
• Analysis and Reporting; or
• Cryptologic Computer Network Operations.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Providing cryptologic and cryptologic-related resources to design and develop training courses and materials that mirror or support cryptologic missions;
• centering lessons on a specific topic or event;
• synthesizing texts and materials from multiple sources;
• researching and leveraging classified and unclassified domain-specific resources for relevant, authentic content; and
• developing course materials;
