Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for IT and professional services positions
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and career goals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our CRM
- Meet established recruiting activity and placement goals
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Coachable, dependable, and eager to develop professionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
