Location: Patuxent River, MD

Aether Aerospace is currently seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst/Management Analyst to support Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads across various FMS programs. As a member of the Security Cooperation team, this individual will independently perform assigned functional duties under the overall direction of program leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the analysis and management of all aspects of FMS casework.


• Assist Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads in coordinating FMS program activities and actions.


• Review and analyze case information to support program execution and management decisions.


• Coordinate with Security Cooperation team members to support assigned FMS programs.


• Perform assigned duties in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and applicable Department of Defense acquisition policy guidance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance


Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years of experience in the analysis and management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) casework are required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with four additional years of relevant experience performing the duties outlined in this job description, may be substituted.

• Ability to perform assigned functional duties independently.


• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policy guidance applicable to FMS case management.

$65,000 - $80,000 a year

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
