Jr SharePoint Analyst

We are seeking a junior SharePoint / Data Analyst to provide real-time support to a Military Department HQs organization. This is a fantastic early career opportunity for SharePoint and data professionals who want to be a part of a fast-paced, headquaters element. You will be challenged to configure SharePoint applications and to access and extract data elements from various authoritative data sources in support of the configuration.

Salary: $52,000-55,000, Commensurate with experience.
 
Work Location and Schedule:

• Full-Time Position in the National Capital Region (NCR), capable of supporting the client remotely and in person at the Pentagon (as needed).

Required Qualifications – Must Have: 

• MUST have a BA/BS OR 4 years of equivalent experience. 
• MUST have an ACTIVE Secret clearance OR an interim Secret clearance in progress. 
• MUST be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• DoD program experience in a headquarters organization.
• 1 year of minimum equivalent experience. 

Job Duties:

• Support the team in updating and maintaining multiple organizational SharePoint sites and related data repositories.
• Work effectively and professionally with senior leadership, including GS-15 and Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel, on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the organizational environment, systems, processes, and data requirements.
• Apply proactive critical thinking to identify program challenges, assess opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across organizational platforms and reporting systems.
• Anticipate program needs, resolve issues proactively, and support efficient execution of organizational priorities.
