We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in cleared engineering talent for the government contracting and defense industry. This role focuses on nationwide sourcing and recruitment of highly cleared professionals, including candidates with TS, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Polygraph eligibility or clearances, while managing full-cycle recruiting, hiring manager partnerships, compensation offers, and recruitment compliance.

This role supports high-priority national security programs by building qualified cleared talent pipelines and conducting specialized searches for technical and engineering positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer recruiting programs supporting technical, engineering, and cleared defense hiring.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and recruiting requirements.
• Source, engage, and recruit cleared engineers and technical professionals nationwide.
• Build talent pipelines of candidates with TS, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearances.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies.
• Identify and manage effective sourcing channels, job boards, advertising platforms, and other recruiting resources.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications and position alignment.
• Perform specialized searches for difficult-to-fill technical and engineering positions.
• Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages or support hiring managers throughout the offer process.
• Promote employment opportunities to prospective candidates and external recruiting partners.
• Evaluate candidate assessment and selection tools and maintain required recruiting documentation.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies, contractors, and online recruiting partners and provide feedback on agency performance.
• Monitor recruiting activity, outcomes, and hiring trends and report results to management.
• Align staffing and recruiting activities with organizational workforce requirements and business goals.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Direct recruiting experience within the government contracting industry.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, sourcing, and engaging highly cleared candidate populations, including TS, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Polygraph talent.
• Experience conducting specialized or technical searches, including recruiting engineering professionals.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques, candidate sourcing strategies, recruitment programs, and applicable employment compliance requirements.
• Experience developing candidate pipelines, conducting pre-screening and interviews, and supporting candidate evaluation and selection.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leadership throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Experience supporting or negotiating new-hire compensation packages and employment offers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) models.
