Project Integrator, SCRUM Cert, Level 4 (AE26101140)

GTSC seeks a Project Integrator, Level 4.

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

~~~ All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission: Assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Certifications: None required.

Experience Requirement:

• Scrum Coach experience with Scrum Certification.
  
• Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
  
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
  
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
  
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.
  
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
  
• 
  Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  
  Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
