Pay Rate: $248,000 annually

Top Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of federal program delivery leadership and expertise in DevSecOps projects
- Proven experience managing large teams (over 250 personnel) and budgets up to $300M
- Deep knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and full lifecycle IT modernization in government settings
- Strong strategic planning, risk management, and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills with experience reporting to executive leadership
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT support, modernization, and operational services
